Change/Cancel an order

You have the possibility to cancel or change an order as long as the status in your order history page is 'pending'.
To change your order simply email us at orders@mylogotshirt.com with the email subject 'cancelation'. Then, you can make any changes and re-submit the order.


Please note that for any orders already in production, changes and cancelations are not possible as your items are already being printed.

Return Policy

You can return a defective product within 15 days after receiving it. Then, you can either get a voucher with the amount of your order or  we will send you back a non-defective one. For more information check our Terms & Conditions.
